News. Reviews. Look up into our banner and you will see those two words featured rather prominently. They are not, obviously, all that we do here but they are rather central to what we feature. They do cover a large amount of possible data for us to share with you, but (even factoring other site features like scanlations and the series database) they are hardly what one would call all inclusive. There are often things that are useful or interesting that we think readers would like to see or know, but they may not really fall under the purview of actual Manga News. Likewise, every review we post is, by its very nature, an opinion piece, written by a Jouhou staffer that has volunteered to share those opinions with our readers. These opinions are, however, only presented in a very rigidly defined area and manner. What if they want to share their opinions on manga issues that aren't reviews?

The solution to these limitations? The relaunching of the Manga Jouhou blog, headed up by Jouhou News Director Mark Viola. Using the blog we now have a home for issues and events, pieces of news and opinion that don't really fit in with what we offer here on the main page. On it we can bring you special features like con reports and features written by our talented staffers. We can now publish regular articles that may not qualify as either news or reviews and share them with you in a more friendly manner. Best of all, interacting with us should be even easier then ever.

Stay tuned one and all, we still have a few more things left to unveil. See you tomorrow night, same time, same channel!
