Title: Digimon Zero Two
Author: Toei Animation
Artist: Yuen Wong Yu
Volumes: 2
Publisher: Tokyopop

Three years after Apocalymon's defeat from the Digimon Adventure (Season 1,) dark powers have returned to try and take control of the Digital World once more. This is when the old Digidestined realize that something is wrong in the DigiWorld in the form of someone on a quest to enslave all of the Digimon for himself (a.k.a. The "Digimon Emperor").

I'll keep things short: if you watched the series as a kid, volume 1 is when the season starts and it ends at about the time the kids learn about DNA Digivolution, then volume 2 finishes up the story.

The artwork isn't exactly spectacular and the story itself is a shortened version of a full season of the TV show condensed into just 2 volumes.

These two books certainly aren't a big strain on the wallet if you have the money and the urge to live through some fond memories you may have had of Digimon. Of course, if you never enjoyed the Digimon Series or the season this story is based on in particular, there is no reason for you to search hard and deep for this small collection.
